So, I got a message in the iOS development club. Apparently, there’s only one person left to submit their form, and they asked me to meet them at B Block at 1 pm. I followed the instructions and arrived on time, but guess what? No one was there! I called the head of the club, and he said I could come tomorrow if that works for me. I was a bit disappointed, but it wasn’t a big deal since I live in the hostel. On my way back, I noticed a few people coming from the other side of the hostel, and then I heard a noise from behind. Someone called my name, and I turned around to see a guy looking at me like he had seen something strange.

He greeted me, and I greeted him back. We shook hands, and I couldn’t help but smile. But I was also very confused at the time. Then, he asked if I recognised him. I obviously didn’t, so I said no. He then told me the whole story. Turns out, he was actually my classmate from my previous school when we were in third grade! I was still a bit confused, but he then mentioned a few names from our class, and only then did I remember his name. We had a short conversation, and then I asked him how he knew it was me. He said he could identify me by my forehead. It felt a bit strange, but I guess it’s okay. I jokingly asked him, ‘If you have such a great memory, what are you doing in this college?’ He said he knew he was going to meet me someday. I can’t believe that someone I’ve never seen in 12 years will be able to recognise me in a crowded place. I know I was a bit popular in my school back then, but still, it feels strange. It also feels like a huge coincidence that I was going for the club form, they asked me to come next day, and while I was on my way back to the hostel, he was heading back home and recognised me in that crowd.
